2010 Bookings for Members to open noon Friday 9th April - delayed by one day (membership officer availability - apologies)

Members - bookings for 2010 will be opened up as follows:

- noon Friday 9th April - Block bookings (Mon-Fri, Fri-Sun) for Members, Family and Buddy members.

If you are planning on bringing a group of guests, especially during August, please contact the Booking Officer to notify him of your intent. Bookings to allow Guests will open on Tuesday 20th April.

- late afternoon Tuesday 20th April - Block bookings (Mon-Fri, Fri-Sun) for Members, Family, Buddies and Guests.

- noon Monday 3rd May - General bookings for bookings - any combination of days and mixture of members and guests.

Please note the change to have bookings for Members only initially was made in response to the situation last year where some weeks in August were booked out very quickly and members missed out.  As always, if you have a large booking, please contact the Booking Officer asap to advise of your intent.

For 2010, Student's week is Mon 19th to Fri 23rd July and President's weekend is Sat 11th and Sun 12th September so these periods are unavailable to book.
