2010 Bookings for Members to open noon Friday 9th April - delayed by one day (membership officer availability - apologies)
Members - bookings for 2010 will be opened up as follows:
- noon Friday 9th April - Block bookings (Mon-Fri, Fri-Sun) for Members, Family and Buddy members.
If you are planning on bringing a group of guests, especially during August, please contact the Booking Officer to notify him of your intent. Bookings to allow Guests will open on Tuesday 20th April.

The AGM was held on Friday March 12th in the Kaye Scott room at Ormond College. The new committee for 2010 was elected at the AGM with Megan Casey re-elected as President. Pip O'Donnell did not stand for re-election and outgoing committee gives their thanks to Pip for her efforts. The President's and Treasurer's reports were presented and accepted at the AGM.

For 2010, there will be a new booking system access directly from the main web site here. I have prepared a tutorial and Q&A for you to review ahead of time. The booking system is intended to be as simple to use as possible, however it is worth going through the various steps for those who may be unfamiliar with the new system. The instructions for the new booking system can be accessed here. This is a PDF file so you need to download Adobe PDF reader from www.adobe.com if you don't have it.
