To make a booking, you must have paid your subs. The Booking form will not allow you to book if you haven't paid your subs. If you believe you've paid your subs and the Booking form still won't allow you to book, please contact the Membership Officer via email at

At the AGM held on 13th March, a new Committee was elected and there were some changes in the Committee.
Tom Nairn stood down from his excellent term of three years and Meg Casey nominated and was elected to the role of President. Congratulations Meg and thanks Tom for your hard work. Tom has taken on the role of Secretary.

Updated conditions of booking |

The Conditions of Booking have been updated for 2009. The amendment to the Conditions of booking is that all refunds and credits for cancelled or significantly reduced bookings will take place after the season has finished. The Booking Officer is plenty busy enough during the season sorting out bookings, bed allocations and so on. |

Bookings open 1st April at noon |
|

Members - bookings for 2009 will open on 1st April 2009 at noon. For the month of April, only Block bookings will be allowed. Block bookings are any combination of the following: - Full Week - arrive Sunday, depart Friday
- Weekend - arrive Friday, depart Sunday
General bookings for any combination of days will open on 1st May 2009. As a reminder, all bookings are made from the Member Login page and you must have paid all of your 2009 subs to be eligible to make a booking. If you haven't paid subs, you need to do so before you can book. |
