In 2014, booking opening will follow the same pattern as previous years with staggered bookings opening dates to ensure Members get first access to book.

The bookings opening dates are as follows:

• Mon 7th April 12 noon - Block bookings for Members and family members
• Mon 21st  April - Block bookings for Guests will open
• Mon 5th May - General bookings will open

If you intend to have a large group booking, especially during peak times, please contact the Booking Officer (Megan Casey) asap to advise her of your intentions.

Please note:

• Block bookings are week (Sun-Fri) or weekend (Fri-Sun) or a combination of these.
• Students Week is expected to be July 14-18
• Presidents Weekend is expected to be September 5 & 6.
